V této pilotní studii byl představen nový typ tubulárního amperometrického detektoru na bázi stříbrného pevného amalgámuurčeného primárně pro redukující se látky a byl testován na modelovém vodném roztoku 4- nitrofenolu ve FIA systému. První výsledky ukazují, že tento typ detektoru poskytuje vysoce kvalitní signály 4- nitrofenolu. Nicméně jsou zde problémy s opakovatelností signálu způsobené pravděpodobně vysokou citlivostí na přítomnost kyslíku. Toto se snažíme odstranit v dalším výzkumu. In this pilot study, a new type of flow tubular amperometric detector based on silver solid amalgam was introduced. The tubular cell was tested under flow injection analysis for determination of 4-nitrophenol in aqueous solutions. The first results show that this type of detector provides high-quality signals of 4-nitrophenol. However, there are some problems with repeatability of signals caused probably of high sensitivity due to the presence of oxygen, which we shall try remove in further research.
