Příspěvek informuje o současných trendech v analýze mikroorganismů ve vodním prostředí pomocí průtokové cytometrie. Popisuje možnosti využití této moderní metody, její přednosti a nedostatky a seznamuje se zákonitostmi cytometrické analýzy. A paper informs about trends in flow-cytometric analysis of microbial populations and communities in aquatic environment. It describes methods of flow-cytometric analysis, advantages and disadvantages of flow-cytometric measurements as well as basic principles of flow cytometry.
