Tato práce se zabývá procesem výroby eskalátorů a pohyblivých chodníků. Zaměřuje se především na způsobilost procesu, jeho hodnocení a na aplikaci statistických nástrojů v podobě indexů způsobilosti, regulačních diagramů a PPM. Poznatky z oblasti teorie jsou aplikovány na konkrétní technologický postup a jeho kritickou charakteristiku. Výsledkem práce je vyhodnocení správnosti použití statistických nástrojů a návrh na zlepšení. The bachelor thesis deals with the process of manufacturing of escalators and moving sidewalks. It focuses on the eligibility of the process, its evaluation and application of selected statistical tools in the form of capability indexes, control charts and PPM. Theoretical knowledges are applied to a specific technological process and its critical characteristic. The result of the work is an evaluation of the proper application of statistical methods and proposals on how to improve them.
