Cílem této bakalářské práce je rozbor možností zvyšování trvanlivosti tvářecích nástrojů. Do těchto možností je zahrnuta volba nových materiálů, povlakování, tepelné zpracování, chemicko-tepelné zpracování a chlazení nástroje. Experimentální část analyzuje vliv chlazení tvářecího nástroje stlačeným vzduchem. Tento způsob chlazení je dále porovnáván s jinou metodou chlazení, a to konformním chlazením kapalinou, a také s nechlazeným nástrojem. The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to analyze the possibilities of increasing the durability of forming tools. These options include choice of new materials, coating, heat treatment, chemical-thermal treatment and tool cooling. The experimental part analyzes the effect of cooling the forming tool with compressed air. This is further compared to another method of cooling, namely conformal liquid cooling, and also with an uncooled tool.
