Táto práca sa zaoberá analýzou a transformáciou kódu založenej na prevodníkoch. Práca definuje všetky potrebné teoretické pojmy týkajúce sa konečných a zásobníkových prevodníkov, a následne sa venuje návrhu a implementácii aplikácie založenej na týchto druhoch prevodníkov, so zameraním na oblasť bioinformatiky. This thesis is concerning with Code Analysis and Transformation Based on Transducers. Thesis defines all necessary terms regarding finite and pushdown transducers and then discusses design and implementation of an application based on these types of transducers, oriented on  the area of bioinformatics.
