Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením ekonomické efektivnosti veřejných investičních projektů. První část práce je zaměřená na vysvětlení základních pojmů, analýzu proveditelnosti a zdroje financování ve veřejném sektoru. Druhá část je dále vymezena pro popis řešeného projektu, seznámení se s metodikou výpočtu ekonomické analýzy železniční infrastruktury a její praktické řešení dle platné Rezortní metodiky. This bachelor thesis is about evaluation of the economic efficiency of public investment projects. The first part of the thesis is focussed on explanation of the essential terms, feasibility analysis and the financial sources for the public sector. The second part is for defining the project, familiarization with methods for calculation of the economic analysis of the railway infrastructure and practical calculation according to Departmental Guideline.
