Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na recyklaci cihelného brusného prachu v podobě granulátu vyrobeného na peletizačním talíři. V teoretické části byla popsána ostřiva používaná v cihlářské technologii a možné metody jejich zkoušení. Jsou zde uvedeny i publikované pokusy o výrobu nebo použití uměle vyráběných ostřiv v cihlářské technologii. Je uvedeno i několik příkladů prodávaných umělých ostřiv. V teoretické části se v laboratorních podmínkách ověřovalo chování vyrobeného granulátu z cihelného brusného prachu na peletizačním talíři v plastickém těstě, pak zejména jeho chování po průchodu laboratorním válcovým mlýnem. Hodnotila se změna granulometrie a tvaru ostřiva. Ve vypáleném střepu se hodnotilo rozložení, granulometrie a tvar ostřiva a tepelná vodivost vypáleného střepu. Pro srovnání se použilo standartně používané ostřivo, a to křemenný písek a lomový kámen. V souladu s výsledky se dá říci, že granulát z cihelného brusného prachu může minimálně částečně nahradit jiný druh ostřiva, avšak je zapotřebí provedení obsáhlejších výzkumů. The bachelor thesis is focused on recycling of brick sanding dust in the form of granulate produced on a pelletizing plate. The theoretical part describes the grog used in brick technology and possible methods of testing them. There are also examples of published experiments of how to produce or use artificial grog in the brick technology. There are also several examples of artificial grog that is currently available on the market. In the theoretical part, the behavior of the produced granulate from brick sanding dust on a pelletizing plate in a plastic dough was verified in laboratory conditions, then especially its behavior after passing through a laboratory roller mill. The change in granulometry and shape of the grog was evaluated. The distribution, granulometry and shape of the grog and the thermal conductivity of the fired shard were evaluated. For comparison, the standard used grog was used, namely quartz sand and quarry stone. Based on the results, it can be said that brick sanding dust granulate can at least partially replace another type of grog, but more extensive research is needed.
