Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu péče o zaměstnance ve vybraném podniku. Poskytuje informace o teoretických východiscích týkajících se pracovního prostředí a bezpečnosti práce a porovnává je se skutečným stavem v podniku. Na závěr nabízí návod na zlepšení stávajících opatření v rámci pracovního prostředí a bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. This master thesis is focused on the analysis of care for employees in the company. It provides information about the theory of security of work and work environment and it compares the theoretical knowledge with real conditions in the company. In the conclusion, it offers instructions of improving the current precautions in terms of work environment and safety and health protection at work.
