Diplomová práce sleduje historii ošetřovatelství do současnosti a dále historický vývoj anesteziologické sestry. Práce se zabývá především kompetencemi a specializačním vzděláváním anesteziologických sester v České republice. Cílem diplomové práce, která je teoreticko - historická, je zmapovat vznik a postupný vývoj anesteziologické sestry. První část je věnována celkové historii ošetřovatelství a vývoji anestézie od antiky po současnost. Hlavním cílem práce je však zmapovat a informovat o vývoji anesteziologické sestry, jejího vzdělávání a jejích kompetencí od první anesteziologické sestry až po současnou dobu. Práce je teoreticko - empirická. Byla použita metoda kvalitativního výzkumu, studiem dokumentů, analýzou primárních pramenů archivních zdrojů MZ, NRL, ÚVN, legislativy, dobových periodik, odborných knih a článků. Také byly vedeny rozhovory s pamětnicemi počátků anestesteziologie jako samostatného oboru. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zmapovat vznik a postupný vývoj anesteziologické sestry a její kompetence. Práci lze prezentovat na odborných kongresech, nebo publikovat v odborných časopisech. klíčová slova: Historie ošetřovatelství, anesteziologická sestra, anesteziologie, rozhovory, kompetence, vzdělávání The diploma thesis follows the history of nursing up to the present date and further the historical development of a nurse anesthetist. The thesis deals mainly with competencies and the specialized education of a nurse anesthetist in the Czech Republic. The aim of this theoretical-historical thesis is to map the origin and gradual development of a nurse anesthetist. The first part is devoted to the overall history of nursing and the development of anesthesia from antiquity to the present. The main aim of this work is, however, to map and inform about the development of a nurse anesthetist, her education and her competences from the first nurse anesthetist to the present time. The work is theoretical-empirical. The method of qualitative research, study of documents, analysis of primary, archival sources of MZ, NRL, UVV, legislation, periodicals, professional books and articles was used. Interviews were also conducted with the witnesses of the beginning of anesthesiology as a separate field. The aim of the thesis was to map the origin and gradual development of a nurse anesthetist and her competences.
