Cílem této studie bylo zhodnotit množství microcystinu ve svalech a hepatopankreatu různých druhů ryb (Cyprinus carpio, Oreochromis niloticus, Sander lucioperca and Esox lucius). Microcystiny byly detekovány zejména v játrech (stovky ng/g tkáně), ale také ve svalech (ng/g tkáně). Akumulace microcystinů v konzumovaných částech ryb představují malé zdravotní riziko pro člověka. The aim of this study was to assess quantity of microcystins in muscle and hepatopancreas of different fish species (Cyprinus carpio, Oreochromis niloticus, Sander lucioperca and Esox lucius). Microcystins were detected in liver/hepatopancreas (hundreds of ng per gram of tissue) as in muscles (nanograms per gram of tissue). It seems that acumulation of microcystins in eatable parts of fishes represent only small risk for man.
