Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá mzdovým systémem podniku. V dnešní době je velice důležité aby systém fungoval správně a byl spravedlivý. Mzdový systém je analyzován ve vybraném podniku. Hlavním cílem je odstranění nedostatku mzdového systému a nalezení řešení. Hodnocení je uskutečněno pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Na základě výsledků je navrhnuto řešení. This bachelor thesis deals with wage system in enterprise. Nowadays is very important to have a functional and fair the wage system. The system is analysed in chosen enterprise. The main purpose is eliminate the deficiencies and find out the solution. The evaluation is done through a questionnaire surve. Based on the results, a solution is proposed.
