Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh a zhotovení projektové dokumentace pro rodinný dům s provozovnou, který je situován do obce Přibyslavice u Velké Bíteše. Budova je navržena jako samostatně stojící třípodlažní objekt, která má jedno podzemní a dvě nadzemní patra. Rodinný dům je navržen pro čtyř člennou rodinu. V domě je navržena provozovna – servis a prodej jízdních kol. Přístup do domu i do provozovny je navržen ze západní strany. Příjezd pro majitele je z jižní strany, kde se v suterénu nachází garáž. Obytná část je orientována na jih a západ. Provozovna se nachází směrem na sever a jsou k ní navrženy 3 parkovací místa pro zákazníky. Konstrukční systém budovy je navržen ze systému Porotherm. Svislé zdivo je z keramických tvárnic Porotherm a ze ztraceného bednění BEST (1. PP). Vodorovné konstrukce jsou navrženy ze systému Porotherm Miako. Střecha nad provozovnou je navržena jako plochá jednoplášťová nepochůzná, střecha nad garáží je navržena jako jednoplášťová pochůzná a střecha nad 2. NP je sedlová. The subject of this bachelor thesis is to design and develop a project documentation for a family house with an establishment which is situated to the village of Přibyslavice by Velká Bíteš. It's designed as a separate three storey building. Two of the storey's are above ground and one of them is underground. This family house is designed for a family of four. There's an establishment of a service and sale of bicycles included in the house. The entrance and establishment of the house is oriented to the west. Arrival for the owner is situated to the south in the underground floor where the garage is located. The residential part of the house is both oriented to the south and west. The establishment is oriented to the north and has three parking spots for customers. The structural system of the building is based on the Porotherm system. Vertical constructions are from ceramic blocks of the Porotherm system and from lost formwork BEST (Underground floor). Horizontal constructions are designed by the Porotherm miako system. The roof of the establishment is designed as a single-shell non-walking and the roof above 2.NP is saddle.
