Tato bakalářská práce řeší návrh novostavby bytového domu v Mělníku. Bytový dům obsahuje pět nadzemních podlaží a suterén. Suterén je využit jako podzemní parkoviště s technickým zázemím a v každém nadzemním podlaží jsou tři bytové jednotky, celkem tedy bytový dům obsahuje patnáct bytových jednotek. Konstrukčně je celý objekt řešený jako monolitický stěnový systém s monolitickými stropy, spodní stavba je tvořena základovou deskou a střecha je tvořena jednoplášťovou plochou střechou. This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a new building of an apartment house in Mělník. The apartment building has five floors and a basement. The basement is used as an underground parking with technical facilities and there are three flats on each floor, thus the apartment building contains fifteen flats. Structurally, the whole building is designed as a monolithic wall system with monolithic ceilings, the lower structure is formed by a foundation slab and the roof is formed by a single-skin flat roof.
