Tato bakalářská práce definuje obec z hlediska zákona, popisuje obecní rozpočet a jeho charakteristiku, místní rozpočet, jeho dělení a strukturu, popisuje rozpočtový výhled, rozpočtový proces a jeho jednotlivé fáze. Řeší investiční výstavbové projekty, životní fáze projektu a také financování veřejných projektů. Projekt je zpracován formou případové studie, která se týká dětského hřiště s parkovou částí. This bachelor thesis defines the municipality from the point of view of law, describes the municipal budget and its characteristics, local budget, its distribution and structure, describes the budget outlook, budget process and its individual phases. It deals with investment construction projects, project life cycle and also financing of public projects. The project is a case study, which concerns a park area.
