Předmětem bakalářské práce je stanovit opotřebením stavebních konstrukcí členěných do funkčních a stavebních dílů z hlediska materiálové náročnosti. Teoretická část se věnuje kalkulačnímu vzorci, struktuře nákladů, funkčním a stavebním dílům v rámci oceňování a opotřebení. Praktickou část tvoří oceňování stavebních objektů pomocí oceňovací vyhlášky. The subject of the bachelor thesis is to determine the wear of building structures divided into functional and building parts in terms of material intensity. The theoretical part deals with the calculation formula, cost structure, functional and construction parts in terms of valuation and wear. The practical part consists of valuation of constructions by using a valuation decree.
