Tématem bakalářské práce je řízení veřejné stavební zakázky. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je vysvětlen princip projektového řízení, jsou zde uvedeny informace o životním cyklu projektu, smluvních vztazích projektu a jeho zdroje. V praktické části je popsána příprava a řízení veřejné zakázky na výstavbu školy. Výstupem praktické části je časový harmonogram, kde je zobrazena odchylka oproti původnímu plánu. The topic of the bachelor thesis is the management of the construction contract. The bachelor thesis is divided on the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the principle of project management, contains information about life cycle of the project, about contractual relations between projectsand its sources. In the practical part describes the preparation and management of the public order for school construction. The output of the practical part is a time schedule is displayed, showing a difference from the original plan.
