Předmětem bakalářské práce je zaměření na ekonomické hodnocení projektu realizovaného soukromým investorem. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou soukromého sektoru a životního cyklu stavby. Následují ukazatele pro posouzení efektivnosti. V praktické části je zpracována případová studie zabývající se ekonomickou stránkou projektu. The subject of the bachelor thesis is the focus on the economic evaluation of the project realized by the private investor. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of the private sector and the life cycle of the building. The following are indicators for assessing effectiveness. In the practical part there is a case study dealing with the economic aspect of the project.
