Práce pojednává o typech palubních registrátorů a palubních magnetofonů používaných na letecké technice Armády České republiky. Krátká rešerše pak shrnuje historii jejich vývoje v armádě. Především se zaměřuje na problematiku získávání a zpracovávání dat ze současného palubního magnetofonu P-503B. V práci jsou popisovány metody jednokanálového čištění získaného audio signálu pomocí nelineárního spektrálního odečítaní a pomocí vlnkové transformace. Kvalita filtrovaných nahrávek se hodnotila subjektivní metodou. Dále je popsán detektor řeči pracující na principu měření spektrální vzdálenosti. V poslední kapitole se práce zabývá řešením časové synchronizace letových dat a hlasového záznamu. Závěrem jsou posouzeny možnosti a využití navrženého programu. The thesis deals with the types of on-board registrars and on-board tape recorders used in the Air Force of the Czech Republic. Short research deals with the history of their development in the army. Above all, it focuses on acquiring and processing data from the current on-board P-503B deck. There are described the methods of single channel cleaning of acquired audio signal by nonlinear spectral subtraction and wavelet transform. The quality of filtered recordings was evaluated by subjective method. Further on, a speech detector working on the principle of spectral distance measurement is described. The last chapter deals with the solution of time synchronization of flight data and voice recording. Finally, the possibilities and use of the proposed program are assessed.
