[cze][eng] Autor se ve své eseji věnuje nejprve mýtům a rituálům souvisejícím s vlkodlaky v antickém Řecku a Římě, v severských mýtech a ságách, dále právním pojmům spojovaným s vyobcovanými v raně středověkém germánském právu a postavou hominis sacres v právu římském.In his essay, the author focuses on myths and rituals related to werewolfs in ancient Greece and Rome, in northerns myths and sagas, then he applies himself to the legal terms connected with outcasts in early medieval Germanic law and with hominis sacres in Roman law.
