Bakalářská práce se zabývá aktuálním tématem placentární transfuze u extrémně nezralých novorozenců. Hlavním cílem práce je seznámení české odborné veřejnosti s unikátní metodou stabilizace extrémně nezralých novorozenců na neporušeném pupečníku. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Úvodní kapitoly teoretické části se zabývají problematikou poporodní adaptace extrémně nezralých novorozenců. Dále je uveden literární přehled současně používaných metod placentární transfuze, důraz je kladen zvláště na metody placentární transfuze používané při stabilizaci a resuscitaci extrémně nezralých novorozenců. V praktické části je formou kazuistik podrobně popsána poporodní adaptace extrémně nezralých novorozenců, úspěšné provedení úvodní stabilizace na neporušeném pupečníku, další průběh hospitalizace a ošetřovatelská péče o tyto křehké novorozence. The main aim of the thesis is to introduce a unique method of stabilising extremely premature newborns on the intact umbilical cord to the Czech professional public. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The first chapters show a brief overview of the extremely premature newborns' transition from intrauterine to extrauterine life. The following section presents currently used methods of placental transfusion, with particular emphasis on placental transfusion methods used for extremely preterm newborns. In the practical part are discussed the case reports of extremely premature newborns who were stabilised on the intact umbilical cord.
