Abstrakt. V předložené rigorózní práci "Metodika vyšetřování trestného činu loupeže" jsem se zaměřila na jednotlivé kroky policejního orgánu, které činí od okamžiku oznámení či zjištění spáchání trestného činu do vypracování návrhu na podání obžaloby státnímu zástupci. Hlavním cílem práce je pokud možno co nejpodrobněji, s důrazem na ustálenou praxi a zároveň formální bezchybnost, popsat nejdůležitější procesní úkony policejního orgánu, a to jak ve fázi prověřování, tedy před zahájením trestního stíhání podle § 160 trestního řádu, tak v následující fázi vyšetřování. Mimořádný důraz je kladen na ohledání místa činu a správné zajištění všech stop a poté jejich kriminalistické vyhodnocení, přičemž v práci jsou nastíněna základní kriminalistická odvětví, s nimiž policejní orgán pracuje. Práce má celkem šest kapitol, první kapitola se věnuje skutkové podstatě trestného činu loupeže, druhá metodice vyšetřování, ve třetí kapitole jsou obsaženy prvotní úkony prověřování, od zahájení úkonů trestního řízení podle § 158 odst. 3 trestního řádu, práce s poškozenými a zejména shora uvedené ohledání místa činu. Jako stěžejní kapitolu této práce považuji kapitolu čtvrtou - vyšetřování. Zde jsou uvedeny jednotlivé kroky vyšetřovatele v logické návaznosti, tedy usnesení o zahájení trestního stíhání (§160 tr. řádu), výslechy... My thesis entitled "Methodology of investigation of the criminal act of robbery" focuses on the individual steps undertaken by the police from the moment the offence is reported until the prosecution is filed with the state attorney. The main focus of my work is to describe, in the greatest detail possible and with attention to the given practice and formal faultlessness, the most important procedural steps, both in the verification phase, i.e. prior to the commencement of the criminal prosecution, and in the phase of investigation. A particular emphasis is placed on the examination of the crime scene and subsequent criminological evaluation thereof. The thesis comprises six chapters; the therd chapter discusses initial verification acts, from the commencement of the criminal procedure according to section 158, paragraph 3 of the penal code, treatment of the victims, particularly the above mentioned examination of the crime scene. The fourth chapter that discusses investigation is crucial. The chapter outlines the individual steps of the investigator in logical sequence, i.e. decision about the commencement of the criminal prosecution (section 160 of the penal code, interview with the accused and witnesses, criminological examination of the tracks collected at the crime scene or uncovered as part...
