Bakalářská práce na téma narušená komunikační schopnost u dětí v ústavní péči se nejprve v teoretické části věnuje vývoji řeči dítěte. Následuje vysvětlení pojmu narušená komunikační schopnost a specifika vývoje řeči u dětí vyrůstající během jejich kritického období ve věku 0-6 let v institucionální péči. Dále se v teoretické části zabýváme popisem jednotlivých poruch řeči, které se nejčastěji objevují u dětí předškolního a mladšího školního věku. Cílem praktické části je prostřednictvím analýzy dotazníkového šetření srovnat vývoj řeči u dětí vyrůstajících v ústavním zařízení a u dětí z běžných rodin. Dále se zaměřujeme na domácí logopedickou péči, kterou s dětmi doma provádí rodiče a vychovatelé se svými svěřenci v dětském domově. The topic of this bachelor's thesis is an analysis of the communication disabilities of children in institutional care. The first theoretical section covers children's speech development. The second section defines communication disabilities which are specific to the speech development of children who are in institutional care during their critical development period (up to 6 years old). The third section has a theoretical description of the communication disabilities that are experienced most commonly by all pre-school and younger school age children. The practical section aims to identify differences in the speech development of children growing up in institutional care, with the speech development of children growing up in their family's homes. The data for this analysis was compiled using questionnaires. The final section explains speech therapy techniques which parents carry out with their children at home, and care assistants carry out in instructional care facilities.
