Bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou podnikatelského plánu na založení penzionu v oblasti agroturistiky. První část je věnována teorii týkající se podnikání, struktury podnikatelského plánu a pojmu agroturistika. Druhou částí je vlastní zpracování podnikatelského plánu na konkrétní myšlenku uskutečnit realizaci penzionu z rodinné usedlosti na jihu Čech. V závěru se zhodnocuje reálnost celého plánu. The bachelor thesis deals with the creation of a business plan for the establishment of a guest house in the field of agritourism. The first of this thesis is focused on business in general, structure of the business plan itself and agitourism as concept. The second part is the elaboration of a business plan for a concrete idea of project implementation from family benefits in South Bohemia. Conclusion of this thesis deals with the reality of the whole plan and its use.
