Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou procesu založení domova pro seniory. Práce je zaměřena na popis podmínek, které jsou v legislativní a organizační rovině zřizovatelům domovů pro seniory nařízené, a to včetně zdrojů financování. Práce popisuje celý proces založení domova pro seniory včetně přehledu institucí, se kterými zřizovatelé domovů pro seniory v jednotlivých fázích založení domova pro seniory komunikují. Stěžejním přínosem práce je vytvoření metodického materiálu, který bude sloužit jako praktická pomůcka pro potencionální zakladatele domovů pro seniory. V závěru práce jsou shrnuta hlavní doporučení pro úspěšné založení domova pro seniory. This bachelor thesis deals with the process of establishing a home for the elderly. The work is focused on the description of terms that are ordered to the founders of the homes for the elderly in the legislative and organizational level, including sources of funding. The thesis desribes the entire process of establishing a home for elderly, including an overview of the institutions which which the founfers of homes for the elderly communicate in individual stages of establighing a home for the elderly. The main benefit of this work is the creation of methodical material, which will serve as a practical aid for potential founders of homes for the elderly. The conclusion summarizes the main recommendations for the successful establishment of a home for the elderly.
