Diplomová práce řeší nové využití filmových ateliérů v městské části Zlín – Kudlov. Řešené území se nachází asi 2,5 km jihovýchodně od Zlína. Cílem návrhu bylo vytvořit fungující celek, který v sobě kombinuje několik funkcí, jak stávajících, tak navržených. Areál se nachází na jednom z nejvyšších míst v okolí s krásnými výhledy na okolí. V areálu filmových ateliérů je proto navržena rozhledna, která je inspirována filmovým pásem a tvoří dominantu území. Filmové ateliéry jsou také spojeny se vznikem Zlínského filmového festivalu. V areálu je proto navržena pěší zóna s náměstím pro pořádání kulturních akcí a výstav spojených s filmovou tematikou. Návrh se snaží vytvořit živý organismus, který by vrátil do filmových ateliérů ztracený život. Diploma thesis addresses the new use of film studios in the city of Zlin – Kudlov. Solved territory is located about 2.5 km southeast of Zlin. The aim of the design was to create a functioning unit, which combines several functions, both existing and proposed. The resort is located on one of the highest points in the area with beautiful views of the surrounding area. In the area of film studios is therefore proposed tower, which is inspired by the film strip and dominates the area. Film studios are also associated with the emergence of the Zlin Film Festival. There is therefore designed pedestrian zone with squares for cultural events and exhibitions related to film themes. The proposal seeks to create a living organism that would be returned to the film studios lost life.
