Abstrakt: This paper describes a design of a camera surveillence system on the Raspbery Pi platform that can be powered by a solar panel. It includes a description of the individual components to be used and also deals with the design of the application for motion detection using a camera and PIR motion sensor output and the following data processing and storage.
