Cílem mé diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby administrativní budovy. Jde o sedmipodlažní budovu s jedním podzemním a šesti nadzemními podlažími. Podzemní podlaží je zapouštěno na půlku pod terén a využito pro garážová stání. Nezapouštěna část bude využita pro bezbariérový vstup do budovy a částečně jako kavárna. Nadzemní podlaží jsou využita jako kancelářské prostory. Administrativní budova je v podzemním podlaží řešena jako monolitická železobetonová konstrukce, nadzemní podlaží jsou navržena jako sloupový monolitický systém pro flexibilní využití kancelářské plochy. Statický výpočet bude proveden dle platných norem ČSN EN. The aim of my diploma thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation for the construction of the administrative building. It is a seven-storey building with one underground and six above-ground floors. The underground floor is halfway under the terrain and used for garage parking. The loose part will be used for barrier-free entrance to the building and partly as a cafe. Above-ground floors are used as office spaces. The administrative building is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete structure in the underground floor, the above-ground floors are designed as a column monolithic system for flexible use of office space. The static calculation will be carried out according to valid ČSN EN standards.
