Tato práce se věnuje hodnocení stavu a změn dostupnosti primární zdravotní péče v České republice. Primární zdravotní péče byla pro tento případ rozdělena do čtyř skupin dle odbornosti a byla zjišťována dostupnost obyvatel z celé republiky k těmto lékařům a zároveň platnost zákona, který stanovuje dostupnost primární zdravotní péče do 35 minut. V první části jsou rozebírány jednotlivé teoretické kapitoly, které souvisí s tématem a obsahem práce. V další části je popsáno získávání dat, která byla použita. Další, metodická část, se zabývá úpravou a zpracováním dat. Poslední část obsahuje výsledky a hodnocení, které jsou znázorněny grafy a názorně popsány. Grafickým výstupem jsou mapy (přílohy), které znázorňují místní dostupnost obyvatel k primární zdravotní péči. Výsledky poskytují nejen současný stav primární zdravotní péče, ale zároveň i určité odhady, jak se může místní dostupnost vyvíjet v následujících letech. V závěru jsou shrnuty celkové výsledky hodnocení. Klíčová slova: primární zdravotní péče, dostupnost, síťová analýza, silniční síť, GIS This work is focused on evaluation the status and changes in the availability of primary health care in the Czech Republic. Primary health care in this case is divided into four groups according to specialty and surveyed the availability of the population from the whole republic to these doctors and at the same time the validity of the law which sets the availability of primary health care within 35 minutes. In the first part, individual theoretical parts, which are related to the topic and content of the work, are analysed. The next section describes the collection of used data. Another methodical part deals with data editing and processing. The last part contains the results and the evaluation which are illustrated in graphs as well as described. The graphical output is composed of maps (attachment) that show the local availability of the population to primary health care. The results provide not only the current state of primary health care, but also some estimates, how local availability can evolve over the coming years.
