Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem zateplení bytového domu na cenu bytových domů a dobu návratnosti investic do zateplení. V teoretické části se práce zabývá tématikou energetické náročnosti, způsoby zateplení a oceňováním. V druhé části práce stanovuje hodnoty vybraných bytových domů metodou přímého porovnání a posuzuje dobu návratnosti investice do zateplení. Dále se práce zabývá úsporou energií v závislosti na provedení zateplení. Cílem práce je určení, zda a o kolik dojde k nárůstu ceny bytového domu, respektive bytových jednotek vlivem dodatečného zateplení, jaké jsou úspory na teplo a jaká je zhruba doba návratnosti do investice. The diploma thesis deals with the impact of insulation of a residential building on the price of apartment buildings and the payback period of investments in thermal insulation. The theoretical part deals with the topic of energy intensity, methods of thermal insulation and valuation. In the second part of the thesis, the values of selected apartment buildings are determined by the direct comparison method and the time of return of investment in thermal insulation. In addition, the thesis deals with energy saving depending on thermal insulation. The aim of the thesis is to determine whether and how much will increase the price of an apartment house or housing units due to additional thermal insulation, what are the savings for heat and what is the period of return to investment.
