Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci silných a slabých stránek vybraného podniku na základě vyhodnocení dotazníku modelu START. První teoretická část se zabývá vymezení pojmů a použitých metod, které jsou důležité pro následující části práce. Dále se zaměřuje na analýzu současného stavu a vyhledání silných a slabých stránek podniku, na které pak v závěrečné části hledá řešení na zlepšení aktuálního stavu podniku. The bachelor thesis is focused on identifying of the strengths and weaknesses in the selected company based on the evaluation of the Model START questionnaire. The first theoretical part deals with the definition of used concepts and methods, which are important for the following parts of the thesis. It also focuses on the analysis of the current situation and the search for strengths and weaknesses of the company. In the final part, looking for solutions to improve the current state of the company.
