Cílem diplomové práce je interpretace a následná aplikace metody Analýzy nejvyššího a nejlepšího využití. Pro tuto metodu byl zvolen konkrétní objekt na ulici Okružní 433/1, Brno. Teoretická část objasňuje pojmy týkající se dané problematiky. Praktickou část tvoří metody, analýzy a návrhy, které slouží k určení nejvyššího a nejlepšího využití. Součástí praktické části je popis daného projektu. The aim of this diploma thesis is interpretation and subsequent analysis with the highest and best use method. For this method was chosen specific object on the Okružní Street number 433/1 in Brno. The theoretical part clarifies terms related to the issue. The practical part is about methods, analyzes and suggestions, which are used to determine the highest and best use. The practical part include description of the project and actual situation.
