Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení finanční situace společnosti LAW CZ s.r.o. v letech 2012-2016. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, kde jsou zpracovány teoretická východiska a analytickou část, kde dochází k syntéze teoretických poznatků a reálných dat společnosti. Na základě toho jsou stanoveny návrhy na zlepšení finanční situace společnosti. The bachelor’s thesis concentrates on the analysis of financial situation of company LAW CZ in period from 2012 to 2016. Thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical, where all the theoretical background is concentrated and analytical part, in which information gathered in theoretical background is used to analyse the real data of the company. Several suggestions for further improvement are made in the end based on the analysis.
