Celiakie, nebo-li celiakální sprue je geneticky podmíněné chronické onemocnění. Patří k autoimunitním onemocněním, která jsou charakterizována tvorbou protilátek proti vlastním tkáním. U celiakie dochází k tvorbě protilátek proti enterocytům, způsobené přítomností lepku v přijímané potravě. Celiakie je trvalá, doživotní intolerance organismu na lepek. Vznik a vývoj nemoci je založen na genetickém předpokladu pacienta, konzumaci potravin obsahujících lepek a spouštěčích nemoci.Základním vyšetřením celiakie je sérologické vyšetření krve a pro konečné potvrzení diagnózy celiakie je nezbytně nutná biopsie tenkého střeva. Základním léčebným postupem v celiakii je přísná doživotní bezlepková dieta, kdy pacienti konzumují pouze speciální bezlepkové a přirozeně bezlepkové potraviny.Téma bakalářské práce je Celiakie jako chronická nemoc dítěte a její odraz v rodině. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaký odraz v rodině má chronická nemoc dítěte a jakým způsobem je díky ní ovlivněno fungování, myšlení a chod rodiny. Výzkumným souborem byl výběr respondentů cílený na rodiny s dětmi, trpící celiakií. Dotazovala jsem se v 10 vybraných rodinách. Ve většině rodin jsem rozhovor vedla s rodiči dětí, které trpí celiakií.Výzkumným šetřením bylo zjištěno, že nemoc chod rodiny ovlivňuje. Většina informantů vnímá celiakii jako jisté omezení, se kterým se ale dá žít.Tato bakalářská práce posloužila jako informační materiál mezi rodinami, již během provádění výzkumu. Při vedení rozhovoru jsem diskutovala s dotazovanými matkami a poskytla jim informace, které jsem zjistila v ostatních rodinách. Celiac disease is genetically determined chronic illness. It belongs to autoimmune diseases which are characterized by the formation of antibodies againts its own tissues. Celiac disease leads to formation of antibodies against enterocytes which is caused by the presence of gluten in the food. Celiac disease is lifetime permanent intolerance to gluten. Origin and development of disease depends on the patient´s genetic condition, consumption of foods containing gluten and pathogens.The most serious is developing cancer. Basic examination of celiac disease is serological examination of blood.To finally confirm the diagnosis of celiac disease is required biopsy of the small intestine.The basic therapeutic approaches of celiac disease is strict gluten-free diet for life when patients consume special gluten-free and naturally gluten-free foods.The thesis is Celiac disease as the child's chronic illness and its reflection in the family.The research group forms the selection of respondents orientated to families with children afficted with celiac disease. I was interviewed in ten selected families. In the most of them I interviewed only with the parents of the children. The aim of my Bachelor thesis was find out, what are the consequences of chronic illness of the child in the family and how is the family affected by the celiac disease.Thanks the research I found out that the celiac disease attacts course of the family.The most of the respondents perceive celiac disease as a restriction but they can live with it.This bachelor thesis served as an information material among families during the research. While conducting an interview, I discussed the interviewed mothers and provided them with the information I found in other families.
