Jedná se o první smlouvu tohoto druhu, kterou akademie věd ČR uzavírá s jedním z krajů České republiky, navazuje ovšem na dlouholetou úspěšnou spolupráci některých ústavů AV ČR se Sdružením obcí Orlicko. This is the first time AV ČR signs a contract with a certain region in the Czech republic. It is based on many years of successful cooperation between a department of the AV ČR and the Sdružení obcí Orlicko.
