Michaela Stupková Rok obhajoby: 2018 Cíl práce: Cílem teoretické části bakalářské práce je seznámit se s anatomií, kineziologií, biomechanikou, traumatologií a vyšetřením kolenního kloubu, se zaměřením na přední zkřížený vaz. Dále seznámení s možnostmi konzervativní i operační léčby jeho ruptury a následnou fyzioterapeutickou péčí po plastice tohoto vazu. Cílem praktické části je prezentace kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po plastice předního zkříženého vazu v pravém kolenním kloubu. Metoda: Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části se zabývám poznatky o kolenním kloubu. Praktická část obsahuje vstupní a výstupní vyšetření pacienta a popis jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek. Tato část vznikla na podkladě bakalářské praxe v Centru léčby pohybového aparátu pod vedením fyzioterapeutky Bc. Veroniky Pechové. Výsledky: Metody fyzioterapeutické péče byly účinné. U pacienta došlo k výraznému zlepšení jeho zdravotního stavu. Michaela Stupková Year of defense: 2018 Objectives: The purpose of the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the anatomy, biomechanics, kinesiology, traumatology and examination of the knee joint, focusing on the anterior cruciate ligament. Then to introduce the possibilities of conservative and surgical treatment of its rupture and physiotherapeutic care after surgical reconstruction of the ligament. The goal of the practical part is to present the case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient after surgical reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee joint. Method: This bachelor thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part is concerned with theoretical knowledge about the knee joint. The second part contains entry and leaving examination of a patient and a description of therapeutic units.
