Resumé Zdravotní péče hrazená ze zdravotního pojištění Předmětem této práce je právní analýza zákonných podmínek, za kterých je zdravotní péče poskytovaná pojištěncům hrazená z fondu veřejného zdravotního pojištění. V předkládané práci je proto zevrubně pojednáno o způsobu, jakým je naplňován ústavněprávní nárok pojištěnců zakotvený v ustanovení čl. 31 Listiny základních práv a svobod na bezplatnou zdravotní péči. Pro účely této práce autorka vnímá problematiku zdravotní péče v celém jejím rozsahu  z tohoto důvodu je práce zaměřena na posouzení zákonných podmínek, za kterých jsou zdravotní výkony, zdravotnické prostředky a léčivé přípravky hrazené z veřejného zdravotního pojištění. Součástí práce je též pojednání o základních principech systému veřejného zdravotního pojištění, potažmo hrazené zdravotní péče, vybraných států Evropské unie - konkrétně Spolkové republiky Německo a Slovenské republiky. Předkládaná rigorózní práce je po obsahové stránce rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. Úvodní kapitola je zaměřena na komplexní pojednání o právním rámci, který zakotvuje systém veřejného zdravotního pojištění v České republice. V této kapitole je analyzována problematika vztahů vznikajících mezi zdravotními pojišťovnami, poskytovateli zdravotních služeb a pojištěnci v rámci systému veřejného zdravotního pojištění.... Reimbursement of healthcare from the health insurance The subject matter of this thesis is a legal analysis of the conditions under which the healthcare provided to insured persons is reimbursed from the public health insurance funds. The author analyses how the constitutional right of the insured persons stipulated in the Article 31 of the Czech Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms to free healthcare is applied in practice. For the purposes of this theses, the author perceives healthcare in its entire complex  the work therefore focuses on legal assessment of the conditions under which medical procedures, medical devices and medicinal products are reimbursed from the public health insurance. Part of the thesis is also dedicated to the analysis of the basic principles of the German and Slovak healthcare system; with the focus on healthcare reimbursed from the health insurance. This thesis is divided into four chapters. The introductory chapter focuses on a comprehensive introduction on the legal framework that establishes the system of public health insurance in the Czech Republic.
