Název práce: Vliv techniky bruslení na rychlost bruslení u hráčů ve věku 8-10 let Cíle práce: V dostupné literatuře zmapovat teoretické postupy pro výuku bruslení a rozvoj rychlosti v ledním hokeji. Následně vytvořit a aplikovat soubor cvičení na zdokonalení techniky bruslení pro kategorii 8-10 let. Pomocí testů rychlosti bruslení ověřit účinnost prováděných cvičení a dokázat, jaký je vliv tréninku techniky bruslení na rychlost bruslení. Úkoly: - Vyhledat teoretické postupy pro výuku techniky bruslení a rozvoj rychlosti v ledním hokeji. - Vytvořit a aplikovat soubor cvičení pro rozvoj techniky bruslení v ledním hokeji. - Pomocí testů rychlosti bruslení ověřit účinnost vybraných cvičení. - Porovnat výsledky testů mezi třemi týmy s odlišným objemem tréninků techniky bruslení. Výsledek: Zjistit, jaký je vliv tréninku techniky bruslení na rychlost bruslení. Hypotézy: 1. Hráči ve věku 8-10 let budou mít ve všech třech týmech srovnatelné vstupní časy v jednotlivých testech. 2. Rychlost bruslení lze rozvíjet zdokonalením techniky bruslení. 3. Čím více tréninku věnujeme technice bruslení, tím větší bude zlepšení v rychlosti bruslení. Klíčová slova: Lední hokej, bruslení, rychlost bruslení, technika bruslení, 8-10 let.
