Bakalárska práca je zameraná na vytvorenie podnikateľského zámeru pre založenie firmy. Zámer je vypracovaný pre podnik výrobného charakteru, ktorý následne predáva svoje produkty konečným spotrebiteľom. Na základe riešení a návrhov v tejto práci môže byť založený podnik, ktorý bude schopný eliminovať nedostatky a riziká, ktoré sa môžu vyskytnúť v priebehu vzniku, ale aj za bežného fungovania v prvých rokoch prevádzky. This bachelor thesis focuses on the creation of a business plan to start a company. The plan is created for a manufacturing company, which then sells its products to consumers. Based on this plan, it will be possible to establish a company, which will be able to eliminate risks and shortcomings, which might occur during the founding phase, and also during the first years of operation
