Náplní bakalářské práce je analýza spolupráce subjektů v cestovním ruchu se zaměřením na jižní Čechy. Cílem práce je analýza současného stavu spolupráce subjektů cestovního ruchu a její provázání na jednotlivé struktury. Práce se zaměřuje na podrobný popis, vymezení regionu a rozbor činnosti organizace cestovního ruchu, kterou má v oblasti na starost krajem zřizovaná organizace Jihočeská centrála cestovního ruchu. Dále se práce zaměřuje na představení jednotlivých turistických oblastí a charakteristiku potenciálu daného regionu. Úroveň spolupráce zapojených subjektů je analyzována hlavně za pomoci dotazníkového šetření v rámci řízených rozhovorů s manažery turistických oblastí a pracovníků centrály. Výsledkem práce je identifikace nedostatků a bariér ve spolupráci a identifikace dobrých příkladů s možností rozvoje spolupráce. Zjištěné závěry budou zajímavým podkladem při řízení činnosti a vhodným materiálem k dalšímu rozvoji cestovního ruchu v jižních Čechách. The bachelor thesis focuses on the cooperation of subjects in tourism in South Bohemia in particular. The aim is to analyse the current state of cooperation of the subjects of tourism and their interconnection to the individual structures. The thesis focuses on detailed description, the definition of the region and the analysis of the organization of tourism - Tourism Authority of South Bohemia. Furthermore, the thesis is aimed at the presentation of individual tourist areas and the characteristics of the region's potential. The level of cooperation of the involved entities is analyzed by means of a questionnaire survey in the framework of managed interviews with the managers of the tourist areas. The result of the work is the identification of deficiencies and barriers in cooperation and identification of good examples with the possibility to develop cooperation. The results form the basis for the further development of tourism in South Bohemia.
