Vzhledem k nízké nezaměstnanosti v dnešních dnech musí mít organizace perfektní personální management, aby získali ty nejlepší zaměstnance na trhu. Společnost analyzovaná v této práci má stejný problém. Potřebuje získat dokonalé zaměstnance a tato práce se snaží pomoci prostřednictvím analýz, dotazníků a průzkumů. Společnost Stavebniny DEK a. s. se nachází v Jihlavě. Zabývá se dodávkami materiálů a služeb pro stavebnictví. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit současný stav personálního řízení ve firmě. Analýzy jsou zaměřeny na nábor a výběr zaměstnanců, vzdělání v podniku a další personální aktivity. Veškeré potřebné informace byly získány od zaměstnanců, manažerů a z interních dokumentů podniku. Výsledky výzkumu a analýz ukazují současnou funkci personálního řízení ve firmě a navrhují změny ke zlepšení tohoto systému. Owing to low unemployment in these days companies need to have a perfect personnel management to get the best employees in the market. The company described in the paper has the same problem. It needs to get perfect employees and this thesis tries to help them by means of analysis, questionnaires and explorations. The company Stavebniny DEK a. s. is located in Jihlava. It deals with supplies of materials and services for construction industry. The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse and evaluate the current state of personnel management in a company. The analyses are intended on the recruitment and selection of employees, company education and the other personnel activities. All needed information was obtained from employees, managers and company´s reports. The results of research and analyses show the current function of personnel management in the company and suggest changes to improve the management.
