Bakalářská práce se zabývá podnikem Angusfarm, který se nachází v Soběsukách. Tento podnik se zaměřuje především na poskytování služeb včetně ubytování, stravování a doplňkových služeb. Tato práce definuje pojmy jako je spolupráce a sociometrie. Práce poskytuje podrobné informace o stakeholders a způsob, jakým spolupracují s Angusfarmou, včetně analýzy slabých stránek a překážek, ke kterým dochází při spolupráci se zúčastněnými stranami. Výzkum je založen na analýze sociálních sítí. Sociální síť je systém herců, který je propojen prostřednictvím vztahů. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat současnou situaci spolupráce se stakeholdery a odhalit, které subjekty jsou nejdůležitější a jak velké je propojení mezi stranami s podnikem Angusfarm. This thesis deals with a company named Angusfarm, which is situated in Soběsuky. The organization focuses mostly on providing services including accommodation, catering and introduces their main interest. It clarifies their cooperation and evolution, history and basic concepts of sociometry. Moreover, a major part of the thesis provides detailed information about stakeholders and the way they interact with the firm including analysis of the weaknesses and barriers that occur during cooperation with stakeholders. The research is based on Social Network Analysis. The Social network is a system of actors individual interlinks through their relations. The goal of this thesis is to analyze the current situation of cooperation with suppliers and to reveal which stakeholdes are the most important and how large is the connection between stakeholders and Angusfarm.
