Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit pohybový režim a vztah k pohybovým aktivitám u studentů PF JU ve věku 20 25 let, kteří trpí nadváhou či obezitou. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření jsme zjišťovali, jak intenzivní a v jaké frekvenci vykonávají studenti pohybové aktivity v rámci studia. Dále jsme se dotazovali na několik doplňujících otázek na množství času stráveného sezením a na pohybové aktivity v rámci běžného života a volného času. Za použití vzorce pro výpočet BMI jsme u studentů určovali nadváhu a obezitu. Šetření se zúčastnilo 100 studentů z Pedagogické fakulty. Z výsledků vyplynulo, že studenti s nadváhou a obezitou vykazovali menší intenzitu a frekvenci pohybových aktivit během týdne. The goal of the bachelor thesis was to determine kinetic regime and relationship to movement activities of PF JU students, age 20-25, who are overweight or obese. Through questionnaire approach we were establishing intensity and frequency of students' movement activities during their studies. We were also asking for several additional questions about the amount time spent sitting and about movement activities within daily life and free time. We were establishing students' overweight and obesity using the BMI formula. The survey considered 100 Education Faculty students. The results showed that students with overweight and obesity reported lower intensity and frequency of movement activities during the week.
