Kojenecká úmrtnost v České republice a Evropě: trendy a struktury Abstrakt V této diplomové práci je zhodnocen vývoj kojenecké úmrtnosti v České republice v letech 1950- 2016 pomocí podrobnějších ukazatelů kojenecké úmrtnosti. Pro získání přesného významu kojenecké úmrtnosti pro prodlužování naděje dožití při narození v České republice a vybraných evropských státech je zařazena dekompozice mezi ukazateli úmrtnostní tabulky. Dále jsou porovnány vybrané evropské státy prostřednictvím shlukové analýzy dle ukazatelů kojenecké úmrtnosti a naděje dožití při narození podle pohlaví. V závěru je provedena analýza na základě spočtených tabulek kojenecké úmrtnosti podle pohlaví, porodní hmotnosti a legitimity pro Českou republiku. To evaluate the impact of infant mortality rate, on the lengthening life expectancy at birth in the Czech Republic and selected European countries, a decomposition of life tables is included. Selected European countries are then compared with the use of cluster analysis, based on infant mortality indicators and life expectancy at birth by sex. Finally, an analysis is made on the basis of infant life tables which are calculated by sex, birth weight and legitimacy for the Czech Republic.
