Tato práce se věnuje tématu konformity jedince a působení tlaku většiny na jednotlivce. Průzkum tohoto tématu vychází z osobní potřeby věnovat se problematice, kterou shledávám v kontextu současného společenského vývoje jako aktuální a hodící se k reflexi. Teoretická část se věnuje tématu z obecného hlediska, upozorňuje na psychologické výzkumy provedené na toto téma, a nahlíží na konformitu v období dospívání z pohledu vývojové psychologie. Praktická část popisuje realizaci projektu, jehož podkladem se stalo drama Maryša od bratří Mrštíků a postupy využívané ve strukturovaném dramatu. This work deals with the topic of individual conformity and the influence of the majority pressure on a subject. The survey of this topic is based on the personal need to address the issues that I find in the context of contemporary social development as current and fit to explore. The theoretical part deals with the topic from a general point of view, draws attention to the psychological research on this topic and examines the conformance in the period of puberty from the perspective of developmental psychology. The practical part describes the realization of the project, based on the drama Maryša by the Mrštíkové brothers and the procedures used in the structured drama.
