[eng][cze] We show that there is a very close relationship between triangular numbers and the bellworks of the astronomical clock of Prague. To this end we define a Šindel sequence and present an algorithm which generates such a sequenceV článku ukazujeme, že existuje úzká souvislost mezi trojúhelníkovými čísly a bicím strojem pražského orloje. K tomuto účelu zavádíme pojem šindelovské posloupnosti a předkládáme algoritmus pro její výpočet.
