Tato práce popisuje proměny způsobů, jimiž česká historiografie 20. století pojímala téma sociálních konfliktů, zejména pak revoluce. Konkrétně je přihlíženo k užívaným pojmům, argumentačním a výkladovým strategiím, ideologiím nebo interpretaci pramenů. Těžištěm práce je komparace knih, které v popsaném oboru sehrály důležitou roli. Na jejím základě jsou pak sledovány společné či odlišné znaky, možnosti vývoje nebo kontinuity. The aim of the thesis is to describe the changes in the ways in which the Czech historiography of the 20th century reflected the subject of social conflicts, especially the concept of revolution. Therefore, consideration is given to used terms, argumentation and explanatory strategies, ideologies or interpretation of sources. The consideration is also given to common and distinct features, possibilities of development or continuity.
