Abstract: As a further perspective material to be used in orthopedics, glass fibers (R-glass, 21055 satin-woven fabric, VETROTEX, Saint Gobain, France) and polysiloxane matrix (M130, Lučební závody Kolín, Czech Republic) based composite materials have been investigated.
