Název: Srovnání úrovně agility s maximální silou dolních končetin měřenou pomocí leg pressu u hráčů fotbalu dorostenecké kategorii. Cíle: Komparace maximální síly dolních končetin měřené pomocí leg pressu s výkonem v agility. Komparace maximální síly dolních končetin měřené pomocí leg pressu s výkony v krátkých sprintech. Vzájemné porovnání jednotlivých sprintů mezi sebou. Metoda: Měřená skupina čítala 66 hráčů ve věku 15 - 19 let. Hráči absolvovali v průběhu celého dne testovou baterii zahrnující testy tanity (výšku, tělesnou hmotnost, množství tuku, množství svalové hmoty, hmotnost kostí, metabolický věk, BMI, protein v kilogramech, TBW, ICW, ECW, BMR, viscerální tuk, segmentovou analýzu - svalová hmota v kilogramech, tuk v procentech a fázové úhly - segmentální), stability, handgrip (dominantní končetina + výkon), skok do dálky jednou nohou, agility (Arrowhead R i L, Illinois, K-test, Hexagon, 505 R i L), lineární rychlost (5, 10, 20 m a 20 m letmo), maximální síla dolních končetin (leg press), antropometrie (délky a šířky jednotlivých segmentů, kožní řasy, obvod stehna, lýtka a kotníku), SJ, Plyo - 6 hops, CMJ - free arms, CMJ - fixed arms, Cybex. Z této testové baterie byla využita data z testů lineární rychlosti, maximální síly dolních končetin a agility testy. Výsledky: Nejvyšší hodnoty... Method: The group consisted of 66 measured players aged 15 - 19 years old.
