Zdá se, že republikové i evropské grantové projekty umožňují překonat problém značné finanční náročnosti moderních metod. Především neinvazivní techniky dnes mají reálnou šanci vstoupit do praxe, což se děje v posledních několika letech s mobilními RTG fluorescenčními spektrometry.
