[cze][eng] Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stáří a stárnutí z pohledu tří generací. Hlavním cílem práce je porovnat pohled na vlastní stáří u vybraných osob v různém věku (20-30 let, 30-50 let, 50-70 let). Práce je složena z teoretické a výzkumné části. Teoretická část je rozdělena na devět podkapitol, které se věnují jednotlivým otázkám stáří a problémům s nimi spojených. Empirická část se zabývá výsledky výzkumu. Hlavní výzkumná otázka zněla: "V jakých aspektech pohledu na stáří se jednotlivé generace nejmarkantněji odlišují." K dosáhnutí potřebných informací byla zvolena strategie kvalitativního výzkumu, který byl proveden pomocí otevřeného kódování. Data byla sbírána prostřednictvím metody dotazování a techniky polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumný soubor byl zvolen s použitím kvótního účelového výběru. Komunikační partneři byly osoby v různém věku 20-30 let, 30-50 let, 50-70 let. Výzkumný soubor byl tvořen 12 komunikačními partnery, kteří byli ochotni se na výzkumu podílet. Výzkum proběhl ve dvou fázích. Nejdříve byl proveden předvýzkum a následně samotný výzkum. Rozhovory byly nahrány na diktafon a doslovně přepsány. Získaná data byla vyhodnocena za pomoci trsů. Výzkum přinesl odpovědi na stanovenou otázku. Bylo zjištěno, že nejmarkantněji se v názorech na stáří lišily věkové kategorie 20 - 30 let a 50 70 let. Věková skupina 30 -50 let ve většině tvrzení souhlasila, buďto s mladší nebo s nejstarší generací. Nejvíce se jednotlivé kategorie názorově odlišovaly v pohledech na to: jak senioři vidí dnešní mladou generaci a v potřebě seniorů vzdělávat se. Dále také v názorech, zda mají mít staří lidé možnost zaměstnání nebo jakým způsobem se společnost chová k seniorům. Výsledky bakalářské práce je možno využít k získání náhledu osob na stáří a k rozšíření všeobecného povědomí, jak přizpůsobit svou práci k seniorům nebo jak s nimi jednat. Dále práce může sloužit jako výukový materiál pro studenty nebo pedagogy. This bachelor´s thesis is focused on the old age and ageing as seen through the eyes of three generations. The main objective of this thesis is to compare how particular people from different age groups (age of 20-30 years, 30-50 years, and 50-70 years) perceive their own old age. The thesis consists of the theoretical part and the empirical part. Theoretical part is divided into nine subchapters which deal with specific issues of the old age and associated problems. Empirical part deals with the results of the research undertaken for the purpose of this thesis. The main research question was: "In what aspects the view of old age among the generations differs most markedly? " For obtaining the necessary information, the strategy of qualitative research was chosen and performed with the using of open coding. The data were collected through the semi-structured interviews and the research sample was selected by using purpose quota selection. The research participants were people from different age groups age of 20-30 years, 30-50 years, and 50-70 years. The research sample consisted of twelve participants who were willing to participate in the research. The research was performed in two phases preliminary research and research itself. The interviews were recorded on a dictaphone and transcribed verbatim. The data were analysed with the using of categorization. Based on the research, the view of old age is most markedly different between the age groups 20-30 years and 50-70 years. The age group 30 -50 years in most cases agreed either with younger or older age group. The greatest differences of opinion among particular generations were in the questions of how retirees perceive today's young generation, in the view of need for education of retirees, further also in the opinions regarding the employment opportunity for elderly people or how society treats the elderly people. The results of this bachelor´s thesis can be used to provide insight of how people see the old age and to increase the general awareness of how to work and deal better with the elderly. This thesis can also serve as educational material for students and teachers.
